Katie Collins has travelled the world as a professional dancer, actor,
choreographer and entertainment manager.
Her motivation to attend yoga was initially to replace the physical aspect
of performing every day.
Athletes have a habit of telling their bodies what to do, pushing through
pain barriers and injury. For the first-time Katie was listening to her
body.
After 20 years of training in various yoga styles she began to feel the
benefits of the practise not only physically but mentally and spiritual.
This began a domino effect of lifestyle changes for the better. The first
being to slow down.
Katie has kept a regular practise with yoga teachers such as Zoltan Guba,
Andrew Mournehis & Mimi Uchiyama. Completing her Rainbow Kids teacher
Training, she adds this to her repertoire of 200 hours Flow Yoga teacher

“Hi, I'm Deb and it is my privilege to share this magical content with you! Living on the traditional lands of the Tatungalung Clan of the Gunaikurnai Nation in Victoria, Australia, I pay respect to their elders past and present, and honor & call upon their wisdom and way of living in harmony with nature.
I travel the world informing, up-skilling and assisting yogis to consciously create the lives we wish to live. A perfect blend of science AND spirituality - that is not new. Yoga sciences have provided the 'how' of co-creation, (i.e. The Law of Attraction), at our disposal to use. My events & programs offer a journey to Self Mastery: Study universal law, & apply alignment techniques; the end goal is to trust the process, to employ daily rituals, and keep us anchored in the universe's limitless supply!”

Lisa has worked as the Head of Movement and Dance for several arts programs, including the National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA). She is the founder of My Mama Said in Seddon, Yoga by MMS in Williamstown and offers her barre teacher training programs at Barre Instructors Australia.
